Delivery Timeframes

• Express Delivery (within Wakilni’s Express Coverage Map): Within 24 business hours

• Standard Delivery (Rest of Lebanon): 2–4 business days

Delivery Coordination

Wakilni will coordinate the delivery directly with you via WhatsApp, using the phone number provided in your order. Please make sure your number is accurate and active to avoid any delays.

Returns & Delivery Charges

If you decide to return an order, please note that you will still be responsible for paying the standard delivery charges, even if the initial delivery was free or discounted.
